    It's been a while since I've carved anything due to my cold basement. I had this piece of wormy walnut and didn't know what I'd ever use it for. I seen this world map on the CWpatterns web site and downloaded it and gave it a try on this walnut. I liked what I seen so I just put a coat of water base clear on it.

    Jerry that turned out nice.
    Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

    That looks sweet jerry. It would make a great lid for a box.

    nice project. I love the contours. When I look at it I see it as a door panel in a den or library.
