Does anyone had a pattern for the flag of Wales. Here is a picture of it. The top is white and I want it to look like a flag. I need to carve it for a birthday gift. Thanks for your help.!

Here is a quicky. You might prefer the background as one level and just seperate top from bottom with paint color.
