    Default Cork Board Frame

This is a frame I made for my son in a very quick project- only took 15 minutes in the software and about 12 minutes of carving time per side. The interior cork is just under 2' x 3', just the right size to hold a store-bought inexpensive bulletin board. The frame is only $4 worth of pine with golden oak stain and then polyurethane on it, but it jazzes up the board a lot...

Very nice. If the frame could fit into the CW, could you make it one solid piece?

Sure you could, Mac, but one side would be limited to less than 14½" and most would like the cork board a bit larger. besides, cutting the angles and edges for a proper fit etc. makes it a better challenge <g>.
