Default Need help with a pattern

I have a side piece to a gun rack I make.
I can not figure out how to get curvy lines drawn.

Straighten line I almost got figured out but the curvy ones I can not get.

I scanned in a template that I cut out by hand, I want be able to carve into the sides and possibly cut it out on the CW instead of cutting out on a bandsaw.

Here is one way to do it.

    1.Import a image
2.Use the connecting line tool in the drawing tab. Trace the pattern. The more red anchor points you make on the contours the more control you will have.
3.Delete the pattern that you imported.
4.Highlight the lines that you drew goto tools/cut path

Have you tried using the Spline tool?
With a little practice the same curves can be drawn using far fewer points.
