I am changing my computer but the CarvWright software indicates its no longer licensed. How can I fix this?

Give CarveWright a call to get the old license removed so you can activate the new one for the computer....

I will say that I have had to call CW once and the response was quick and solved my problem which was changing ownership of a used machine.

Ditto. I spoke with them once, and must say, they could teach Rogers and Bell a thing or two about excellent Customer Service. ARE YOU LISTENING, BELL AND ROGERS?!
