I found it wierd because I was able to save all the other vector .mpgs that were made with no problem at all. It's only this one tray mpg that I get this pop up message. Oh well.... I'll keep checking and see if I can figure it out.

The tray uses conforming vectors. I can provide another file without a carve region. In fact that should fix the issue. I will upload one shortly.

    Default Conforming Vectors left out.

Here is another version without the Conforming Vectors requirement. Let me know if this one works!

Tips when carving the MPC's from Vectors:

1-MAKE SURE you review all of the bit assignments and have the bits assigned to the tool paths.

2-Review the cut depths and set a maximum depth per pass if necessary. You DO NOT want to put too much stress on the machine and bits! Damage could result.

3-Remember, these are VECTOR carves, like Centerline Letters, so the machine will mill them much faster than Raster relief carving! Because of this, they are not as detailed either. This does not mean they will not look good, just different! Adjusting the bit cut depth and bit used can make a big difference! Use designer and experiment.

    Enjoy!

    Default Saw Blade Clock

Here is a good start on a Saw Blade Clock. MPC was several Vector files converted with the DXF Importer and merged with Copy and Paste from several Designer projects. Enjoy!
