I am in need for telephone linesman on a pole

I got one not to long ago ,it was good but had a transformer in it this guy works for a bell company or telephone company, and work lots on a pole and his potch hanging from his side I know this is a big demand but does anybody have such project on the side or just laying around it would be well appreciated
