Help please

Need some help
I know I have seen an easle type of stand and I have it somewhere in my computer but this has been a rough week for me and I am trying to make a stand to set a picture of my Firefighter who just passed away at the burn center in Chapel Hill. does anyone happen to have the pattern or mpc handy so i can get it done before Sat. fore his memorial service.
