Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

I just got my carvewright machine and would love to have a carvebuddy close by to help me get started. Anyone from Eastern Iowa?

We do have people from Iowa. Look for IOWA's thread under USERS - CARVOHOLICS - A CARVER NEAR YOU - IOWA.
    (you're currently in MISSOURI's thread)

I will change that thread so that they are alphabetical. That might make it easier.

Got a sad call from a disheartened customer who purchased a machine earlier this year. Someone helping him, accidentally loaded it in the wrong truck with a covered bed. The driver of the truck left before the mistake was realized. The customers name & address is clearly on the outside of the box, but the unsuspecting driver has never contacted the owner about the machine that was mistakenly loaded into his truck.

This happened about 50 miles southwest of St. Louis MO. The first two letters of the serial number are CD. The machine should still be locked and luckily the machine serial number was registered to the correct owner. It should be very difficult for this machine to be used, but please help us keep an eye out.

Anytime you see something suspicious regarding a machine or if your machine is lost or stolen, please notify us as soon as possible.

Keep an eye out for a craigs list post or the local paper. They will probably try to sell it when they figure out they can't use it for anything.
