Error 204 back roller fault

I have just gotten my machine this week and I have used it a couple of times trying to get the hang of it. When I tried to do a project this morning I got the error 204 back roller stuck, I noticed that the back roller was moving when it was measuring the board but when it came to the end of the first pass is when I got the error . Can anyone help ?

Call CW and they will walk you through the fix, if one can be made locally (usually the case). That's the best way when something like this happens. The error codes only mean something to their techs and can be due to any number of things with the same number.
