Ok here is the rotary pattern. It will work with all, made specifically for Ed's Rotary jig. This one is 12 inches long, and 2" wide.
Last image is what I had in mind. Cut a block of wood, drill a hole in it and put the bit through the hole, finish and place on shelf.
Or put on a base, and glue block, bit to base along with some shavings.

Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

Nice job Eddie. Here it is in the rotary. I added a round block.

Try some rectangles and use "flatten". Maybe you can make the square.

LOL, easier to just cut it outside the CW, and drill a hole. LOL But it looked good Floyd.
If you want it that way I can add a square to it.

Maybe your diameter was not large enough.

It might of not been large enough. I was just doing a quickly try and I think I even had 5 rectangles and they were not evenly sized or spaced.

    Default HorseShoe

Everyone needs a Horse Shoe, even if you don't have a Horse. This is one that I made from clipart.

(Do horses in Holland wear wooden shoes ?) I didn't see any horses when I was there.
