You always do good insignias, Ed. This one might work best with the 1/32" bit.

nice work Ed. Glad to see you stop by once in a while.
Great job Eddie. I don't see where it needs a lot of touch up.

My computer configuration and software used:
Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 Motherboard, AMD FX 6-core Processor Black Edition, 32 Gig DDR 3 Ram, Gigabyte HD 6450 Video Card with 1 Gig DDR 3 ram, Windows 10
Designer 2.007, Designer 3.102, Pattern Editor, Centerline, Conforming Vectors, 2d Tools, 3d Tools, DXF Importer, STL Importer and Rotary Jig.
I want to thank everyone for your nice comments. I do see some work that needs to be done and I am glad I created this pattern in to pieces, then joined them (center sculpted area was created as one pattern and outside as another), both were created in Moi3D. The lettering needs to be fattened up for a better carve, and I may do a little work on the eagle to enhance it. I plan to carve it in walnut for a cleaner carve. Again Thank you.

I did a little work on the eagle, found using draft and feather more or less took care of the lettering.
Here are images and MPC of the files I created (uploading mpc so the feather, draft and optimize, is part of the pattern)
Hope someone can use these patterns.

What great work, I really admire those of you that can do the pattern creation.
