    Thank you gents. Here is another not perfect pattern. Took about 1/2 an hour to make and not really happy with it because, to get any detail you have to carve at least .5" or carve small.

    It probably could make a nice tree ornament if mirrored and carved through and then glued together. hmmm ...idea.

    I also have to do something about the nose. It just doesn't work unless you are looking straight ahead at the pattern.

    Default Christmas ornaments

    Merry Christmas everyone.

    Enclosed are three tree ornaments for use in last minute Christmas gift carvings.

    I have another book I have to start tomorrow for a gift. And then just 5 more projects behind that one before Christmas. I am not behind at all.

    I was experimenting on how to wrap objects around curves and this is one of the outcomes. Not great since it was only an exercise for learning a new modeling technique for me. The banner is blank on the pattern.

    A quick little pattern of a fire cracker in celebration of the upcoming 4th of July. The pattern is of the firecrackers in the image only.
