    Hi kculm
Thought I'd put in my 2 cents.
I had the same problems with chip out.
You may want to rearange your words. On an oval shape like this take advantage of the area available. On this design put "LORD will Soar" on the same line. Now you'll have 5 lines of text
instesd of 6. Now you can make each line of text a wee bit larger.

Chino, about your 2¢ worth on the lettering of this project for kculm I actually did it in designer and I have to agree with you. It looks better and with the larger letters it will help the chipping problem. I used Kenm's image to see this.

Well I jumped the gun before coming back to the post and carved it with the 6 lines. This is what I ended up with .

I would like to thank you all for you tips.

By adding a little spacing between the letters and adding some draft, you should avoid the chip-out problem. I also lowered the height of the letters from 100 to 50. Height of 75 should also work. I am attaching your mpc eidted with the changes.

I should have read through the thread before posting. Seems like EVERYONE gave the same advice....lol
