    True enough. I only use the trick for extremely intricate patterns. (And besides, I like sanding!) It might be good, for example, on lithophanes.

    Any input / enlightnenment from anyone on the pocket cuts etc from what I just posted in the thread a bit ago?

    Pocketing was one of the first things I wanted when I first got my Carvewright. I can't believe we STILL don't have it.
    It's so VERY inefficient not having this capability....
