Looking for the logo of the Dept of Veterans Affairs for a retirement plaque I need to create by Wednesday 12/22. Have not found any searching the Forum or vendors. Can anyone assist with a pattern or MPC? Thanks in advance team.

Capt Bruce here are two. The first one I scanned off a DAV Affairs envelope that I get from the HARRY S TRUMAN Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. The second is from the DAV.ORG site. Might help, have no idea which one is correct.

This is the image I am trying to find as a pattern or MPC. Still searching and even trying to translate it myself using a variety of programs but I've produced nothing decent so far.

If I could even get just the eagle and flags portion or what shows inside the light blue background then I could easily add the text as Centerline curved lettering around it in Designer.
