Board sensor

After trying to get the Y axis stall problem fixed the plastic cover for the board sensor simply cracked and fell off I was wondering if there was a detailed schematic that I can look at to figure out how to remount this thing to see if the please clean Y rail problem is fixed.( wich I doubt is but it will be my last attempt at repairing this machine). Any thoughts or links would be appreciated)

I've done three small projects and keep the machine pretty clean, but am having trouble with the board sensor. Would be nice if they could post schematics of the machine on the forum for download. That way some of the problems can be checked before they happen, like loose screws and sensors.
