I just downloaded a fike from the site and specified it was to be used for Carvewright However the designer software isnt recognizing it. Any suggestions as this is a item that is time sensitive. Ive attached the file and it came back as the extension PTN is not allowed to post to this forum

To import the PTN format, start a project. Then select the Pattern Tool. When the pattern library comes up, right click the Favorites section and select the Import option.
