software update downloads

I've been trying to download software updates. It will start downloading and will get to a certain spot and then slow waaaaaay down. It looks like it's still loading but nothing seems to change--not the time counter or the bits counter. It stops at different points each time I try. It does the same thing on both my computers. BYenne, what's up

Not sure if this will help but when that happened to me i closed the Designer Program window down and the download completed.
