    Default STL export - THANKS!

FANTASTIC addition - this was one of the reasons I wanted the probe. Works like a charm too. Thanks LHR!

    Cool beans!

Now I just need to figure out how to merge all the patterns into one STL to render a guitar or violin body..

STL export is gonna be fantastic. Now we can scan an object, export to STL, modify as needed in a 3-D package & import back for carving. THNX LHR!! Guess its finally time to buy! Fletcher, glad to hear its works "like a charm". LHR is getting things together, maybe slower than we'd all like, but none the less, recognizable progress. Good goin' guys. Joe

You will need to have the STL Importer and Pattern Editor software. Depending on what you are using it for, you may also need the Scanning Probe.

If you already have all of these things, there is no additional purchase for the STL Exporter.

So we have to have the STL Importer in order to get or use the stl exporter?
