Doug.....when I purchased my CW, I also purchased the complete bit set. This sign is 12" x 24".....the whole sign was cut with the 1/16" bit.....it took about 4.5 hours to cut and needed very little sanding. I set a rectangular carved region .25" deep and then I set the sign inside of that and inverted the layout......that really gave the sign some depth and created what I call a shadow box, because the board looks like it is cut at three levels......something the picture doesn't show.
Oh, and a really nice carve! Thanks For Sharing!

Looks good, will look great on the wall too. I too was wondering which chuck you use, not tool but what the tool goes into.
