I have 3 Carvewright machines and have 2 with modified RC Eliminator chucks and 1 with the Muscle Chuck.i have several hundred hours on these 3 chucks with carbide bits in a collet have marked them and then ran up to 15 hour carve and have never had 1 slip at all.I have put indexing marks on them to check and zero movement.

Thanks BJ, that is exactly the kind of review that I was looking for.

I've had a brand new round nose bit fall clear out of a QC adapter. My fault I guess. I assumed that it was properly assembled at the factory and you know what happens when you assume.

Here is the information on the muscle chuck from a earler post. This is the first I have heard about it.
I only use the ROCK for the last year and a half from Ron and he has ALWAYS taken care of me.
Thanks Ron for you quality product and service
    .

    Muscle Chuck
The chuck is shorter and lighter also the locking mechanism is different it uses no cams or wedges which means it leaves no marks on the collets.
