Well I built a sled and scanned our first item. Here are some pics.

That looks REALLY good - did you do anything with the scan in Pattern Editor before posting, or is that right out of the machine??

And, which software version are you using??

The scan was just as downloaded except the depth was reduced. Then I just made a carve area and ran it through the machine. I'm not sure what the probe software is but the design software is 1.163.
