    Default Lake Sign

    sing made for a local church museam museum . used 2 " 1/4 sawed white oak.

    Certainly a grerat use of the CarveWright, I'd say. Particularly with that guy that seems to be walking on top of the water. Now THAT'S impressive!

    Very nice! 3 pieces? What are the particulars like size, etc? What kind of finish?

    top three pieces 8" x 26: x 1 1/2 stands 42 " high . used teak wood oil three coats .
    teak oil is thin with sun blocker & algaecide to keep wood from turning grey but needs recoated every 4 to 6 months . they wanted to keep the natural look to the sign. fish center made with strip lamination using tile bond 111 for gluing 1/8 / 1 1/2 oak strips.clamped to a curved form.

    the font used was called Lucida Calligaphy - bold
