    Default Carving a picture (logo)

Need help with eliminating carving backround when importing a picture.
I import a picture of say a logo and invert the carving area. But the backround around the picture is also carved slightly.
How do I eliminate carving the backround ?

First, let me say that you should post your questions somewhere other than the TEST section (It is just for tests, not Q&A).

As you import your image, click the "Down" arrow to eliminate the background box. After that use Design Editor to clear the other items as you wish.

Here is an 29.6 MB AVI lesson on the subject.

If you have Photoshop or PS Elements, you can create a layer called background & eliminate it.
The 50-50-90 rule: Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.

    Do it on a Mac.

    addymark,
    First, do you have Photoshop?
Second, are you trying to make a new/altered photo to keep, or are you trying to make a new carving where you merge/use two patterns?
