Moving Text

I was playing with the software and added some text. When you click on the text you see two green lines with dimensions from either a center line or the edge of the board. Somehow I now how yellow lines instead of green and the text can't be dragged where I want to move it. If I type a number (with the yellow line) it adjust the size of the text.

How do you get the green lines back or switch between the two.

click on that number you adjusted,then right click on it , go down to clear

Thanks Dan, I didn't have a 'clear' option when I right click on the dimension I had changed but it did have a "remove attachment" which when I selected it the line went back to green. So that will work.
