Blow dust out - check mounting screws - check all connections - order a new switch if those don't fix it. Could also be dirty contacts inside the switch.

    Post Cover switches

Pick up the micro switches at you local electronics store. Between $5 and $8 and you don't have to pay $12 for shipping and handling.

    Good Luck

The plug in the back with the wires needs to be installed with the white wire toward the center....

If that does not do it than use air and blow inside the switch....

Make sure you are looking at two switches! The one near the keypad is the cover switch and the one on the opposite side is the cut motor safety switch!

Begin by doing the "Sensor" check. It could be that the switch is out of adjustment (just enough that the cover leaves it change status as the unit starts the run the board/bit). Vibration will play games with the cover switch.
