Default How to make chop trim

I promised to show how to make chop trim. Here it is!!! It is 2 part I combined how I remove feathers or fuzzies. Plus spray painting and sanding.

I realized I took out the intro, what I am using is a die grinder I bought from Harbor Freight with a 45 degree bit from http://www.eagleamerica.com/product/...lettering_bits.

Alway hold the grinder with both hands and be aware of bit. I am showing you how I make chop trim and please be careful and try at your own risk!

Try this procedure at your own risk. Safety first!

Greg you still can buy that router! It is a Porter Cable 100 7/8 hp! They are expensive but well worth it! I need to take 2 in for repair for new brushes!

Hess with your luck maybe you should where armor gloves!
