It doesn't show up very well, but I did this first one out of MDF. A little sanding and a good stiff brush cleaned it up very well. I'll seal this and paint it. I had a little problem with the quick release chuck getting some wobble in it, so I had to shut down. Eric and Chris are sending me a replacement. I'm anxious to do some more with this machine, like the jewelry boxes.

Nice start, Ron. I am finding it gets almost addictive pretty quick here. I will try to post some of my results as I get a bit more creative with it.
