    Default memory card

I've noticed the same thing. Pretty hard to get clogged up when it's plugged in. I guess giving the slot a shot with the vacuum before inserting the card would do the trick. I do wonder how much dust is getting in there.

Well, we've been using this style of card for about four years and haven't had one clog up yet (that I'm aware of anyway). A bit of compressed air, even from one of those computer cleaning aerosol cans, would likely clear any impacted dust.

We'd be very interested to hear any reports so that we could correct a problem, should it exist.

There has been some talk of a USB approach for a future model of the machine, not due to dust concerns, but rather the ubiquitous inexpensive USB memory devices.

    thanks,
