    Default Where are Favorites??

Ok, stupid question. I have used Pattern Editor before (been awhile) and I know I did it back then, but for the life of me I can't find the folder on my computer where the favorites are located. I thought it was c:/ProgramFiles/CarveWright but there is nothing there. Help!!

    I already know that!!!!!

I am looking for the directory and folder on my computer where they are stored so that I can access them with pattern editor to edit one I just made with Designer.

Ok , I'm really confused now.

In Pattern Editor, if you try to "Open File" the only options you have are .mpw (scan file) and .ptn (pattern file). Neither of which you can get to to open. So how the heck do you open a .ptn file in Pattern Editor to edit it??

I re-read the Tips and Tricks issue on the Pattern Editor and I am further confused. In there it says to right click on a pattern that you made and choose "Open" and it will open in Editor. NOpe. Nothing doing. The only options are, Delete, Remove and Export. So if I export the .ptn to a folder of my choose, I can then open it in Editor. Is that not the stupidest thing you ever heard!!!!!

I do not remember ever doing it that way in the past. I think I remember the right click, then open method. Has LHR changed this in a recent upgrade????

Hey Bud, it's kind of late at night to fiddle around with videos.

Can you just answer my question, Please??? If you have an answer. I would appreciate it.

OK, so I double click on one of MY patterns. That's easy enough.
So why do they put an "Open File" dialog box if you can't open a file???

Thanks Bud, you and your videos are great!!

    1) Open Designer and place a new board on the screen.
    2) Click on the Pattern Icon.
    3) Go to your pattern and do a "Double" Left click and the Editor should open.

"Late" is not the best time to do work in Editor!
Be careful how you answer the prompts upon exit, as you can accidently overwrite your original pattern when you may not want to do that action.
