To date I have found that CaveWright have been very open and up front with their customers. If they have been locked down the troubleshooting section, this would be disappointing and certainly a concern.
Doh -- it got marked moderator-only when we were trying to set it up to handle HTML tags properly. This has been fixed. Sorry about that, everyone.
