    Default Monthly Subscription Herb Planter download problem

    Hello, I just received the monthly project (Flower Herb Planter) and when I goto download it from the link in the email, it only downloads the folder and no files. Is anyone else having problems with this?

    Is the file zipped up? what is the name of the folder or file name with the extension name (XXXX.zip)? Not sure but you may need to unzip it first.

    There is no file to even unzip.

    Doogie,

    I simply downloaded it with out opening it. After seeing this thread, I checked it, and like you said, its empty!

    I ran into the same issue. I have already sent an e-mail to Carvewright. But as of yet haven't gotten a reply. I"m sure they will address the problem tomorrow.

    I could not download the file at all. The system just waited for the file transfer to start.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the problem with the POM files. After I send the master files to LHR, they take care of the encoding, distribution etc.

    I saw the series of posts on the regular member forum and understand that they have fixed the problem and all is well now.

    NOTE: I do not normally monitor the Educator Section of the forum - I just happened to "catch" this. Probably best to avoid posting in the educator section unless directly related to "educator stuff".
