Additional pattern files?

I have not yet received my machine, but am already thinking ahead to a number of things it would be nice to play with.

From the software information on your site, it says:

"Additional libraries of elements are available and new elements are constantly being added."

Are these made from any standard formats so one could creat their own patterns/files with other utilities?

Where/how does one get the additional libraries you mention? What is the pricing like?

I talked to the rep at CarveWright and he informed me that the new updated files would be available to be downloaded as they are designed. He said the software on the PC would automatically alert you to new patterns being available. I've just ordered my machine and an anxious to get started.
