License Pattern

I have purchased a pattern and installed it in my carvewright favorites, but it won't allow me to use it. I have tried to license it but it does not appear in the license box. I tried to update and it still does not appear. I have the serial # but am not able to have it appear it the box to license.
What do I do?

If you purchased the pattern(s) from CarveWright this is the procedure to follow.
To activate the software add-ons you will need to follow these
instructions:

1. From your CarveWright Designer software, select "Manage Licenses"
from the "Help" menu.

2. Choose the "Activate Licenses" button.

3. From here just follow the instructions to complete the registration
process.

When saving your pattern, you can click on the run file for it to be
imported, or if needed to save the file, double click on the saved file
to import the pattern into your software.
