I took a combination of the two - centerline text for one, all else for the other. Pine test worked very well (some small soft spots chipped out). Guess cherry is next stop.

I can't find a way to resize it in Designer, but here is the ptn. Keep in mind that you will lose some detail as cuts become wider proportionally to the pattern.
