okay put stop collar on first then the collet i was thinking it went on top of collet had no instructions on it thanks

1 had a few projects stop on me an had to start project over with same board an it found the same spot

do the stop collars go on top of collet want to use the 60 degree bit have the collar but 60 degree looks short or do they have a longer one for carvetight had it for 3 days now

well i swithed power supply with the one in my working machine still 313 error everything else is new except controler

any one know where to buy a 60 degree an 90 degree bit with 1/2 shank for carvetight

i clean my rollers with fine steel wool i just rub lightly an blow clean with air after every project

machine was going thru load bit cycle quite a few times an found the bottom roller was not tight on new carvetight. back carving again no errors.

changed motor on y trunk. i am back running but it gave slipped y belt error. put new carvetight on an checked the belt not slipping an the y belt adjustment belt is adjusted all the way?

ya it was on z trunk never new about that one got 313 error on outher machine an i think its the controler. will mess with the outher one tomorow i think y motor is loose will change it...

okay got that fixed now it says clear board sensor change that reading 150 an it still says clear board sensor

put the controller back in my outher machine now it wants to jog to scan what happened aint one problem its another
