If you can try removing the switch with out removing the project. Jump out the switch turn the power back on and start the carve over. Just make sure the power is off and disconnected before messing...

Here is a design with inlace and CA. The design is .800 x .975

This is a tail piece for a hardanger fiddle. I need more pratice with this method.

I think you will have to replace the flex shaft assembly. Then lube the shaft before use.

I do have some questions about bending the Corian.

After cooling did the corian stiffen to it's normal stregnth? Iunder stand your method and am interrested in doing something like this...

The V carve soft ware was a trial edition when I looked at it. You have to get seperately.

I will stick with the CW untill I get my own machine built.

I failed to state that this is a 4/4 size instrument. The back sides and neck are a low grade currly maple. The top is spruce. It has a shellac finish sprayed on and then micro-meshed to...

This is # 49 first one 4/4 size carved with the CW/CC machine. I Carved the plates and the rest was done by hand.

I know that 1. It is possible. 2. Without everyone's help I would have given up...
