Just curious, has anyone used centreline with the 1/16 carving bit and how did it look? at the moment my machine is on the fritz and I'm afraid to try it.

Its not really that new, I've used it about 1 yr or so. Al are those the brushes I will need and is it possible to change them without removing the motor?

this doesn't seem correct, it said 19hr 22 min. does this reading come from the control panel? I wonder because I chanced out this panel with my new machine and sent the other back to be repaired.

can't lie, NEVER

While lubing the flexshaft, I noticed there wasn't a lot of resistance when spun by hand. Does mean my cutting motor will be going out soon? I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question.

For some reason everytime I use centreline, a problem pops up. this time with a perfectly flat board,head pressure at 80 lbs, bit up all the way,using a c model machine and a 90 degree bit. my carve...

There is nowhere to say thankyou for a job well done.... So, i'd like to thank chris at carvewright for his help and saving me a great deal of time...

windows 7... the reply when I go to print isthis was unable to locate the section you requested... I just read it but wanted to take it to the garage with me and save a millon steps

The trouble shooting guild is one very good tool. my only problem is it won't let me copy the section I need to take out to the machine with me. Any reason why?

up to date on software and tried two different cards.

I can't seem to find any info in trouble shooting guide on a not working key pad. I can turn machine on, enter on project and not go any farther..... Any ideas?

the new machine had a burr on the rail the y traveled. the old one neededto be unlocked.

Not yet, will try tomorrow. do you mean 1/2 inchfrom the edge? I did by the way vacume the dust but it started right away.

the pattern I used was a redwing pattern I did before, however i did use a brand new card, could that be it?

just ran the test, it said y a=123.88 m=256.00 I have no idea what that means or where to fine it. I'm so lost.
