I tried readjusting the y belt that did not help .I can not move the y-truck at all.but sprayed wd-40 on the bearings and will let it sit overnight.thanks for the help. hope it will magically fix...
While finishing my last project I received the y axis error, now it is firmly up against the keypad. I had the brushes and bearings replaced about year and half ago and only have used the machine...

I turn on the carvewright and on the display it states that Registration is needed
then when I hit enter it want me to enter an unlock code.I never heard of this does anyone know why it isdoing...
found the problem- the end of the bit had broken off about 1/4 inch and wasnt long enough to be recognized
I recieved it right before it asks for the bit at the end of the measurement
I keep getting the check correct board load then abort or retry.I have tried blowing out the area loading different boards and different projects.any suggestions?
i think i've tried everything including replacing the controller cover switch cable assembly.can anyone think of anything else?i'm at a loss
yes the white wire is to the center,have to work rest of the week so i'll check for a pinched wire then

i had just installed the y gear assembly
I now get a please close cover error when I try to do anything.did all the troubleshooting tips still nothing.any suggestions?
thanks the pictures helped alot ,head pressure is fine just needed a little nudge
when I try to crank the head down it clicks I had the head up to replace the y drive now I think its verticle lock up.it states in the manual

it was the fc cable,it had pulled loose on one side.Thanks again for being so helpful
another day another error- I cleaned the y and zrails like it shows in the video now when I select a project and hit enter it goes straight to the z axis stalls error.any suggestions?

it is starting the carve then after a couple of passes it brings up the error
