I have the mpc file saved in a folder like I always do. Then when I need it I just re-upload them, I've never ran into a issue doing this.

that's actually right but i need it to go on and off every 10 - 20 seconds or so. same idea as them blinking neon bar lights or them advertising lights that flash on and off. so when people walk by...
