    Tear down

    Well i will tear down Tomorow morning, double check all the bearings, on the bit slipping, i have a Rock (Thanks Ron), Once you get the bit in the Rock, and tighten to make sure its not on the flat...

    Yes i had tape on the roller side...
    even checked for the rubber o-ring and it was on. There was no sign of anything moving or anything.

    Y or Z problems ? lines in carve

    Attached you will find a picture of what i call "Lines". I checked teh z-truck for movement and even taken off the back of the z-motor and cleaned the plastic part.
