    I just replaced the bearings and gear for the Y axis. Also recently replaced the chuck with Carve tight. New rollers were installed then. I can't see that an the issue but I will check.

    The balck plastic disc on the rear of the motor slides off. Careful, it's longer on the bottom. I gently blew out a bit of dust and it's working fine now. .
