    Norton is notorious for blocking the application, because we are not in their allowed list. If you have Designer PRO, you also need to tell it to allow fontgen.exe and gui.exe.

    RNichols - the 1/16" long carving bit SHOULD NOT be used on the rotary jig. You need to use the 1/8" long carving bit.

    Don't know if you plan on carving that way or just testing, but that would be an awful lot of unnecessary carving. Use your connected line tool to trace around the the part, just a little bigger....
