A down draft table built with a furnace fan works decent. I also put peg board on part to use as an area for sanding. Does not get all the dust out of the machine, but may have to try the cut motor...

Like the concept.. Like the fact that it works so well. Always a need to clean up sawdust.... need a different way to do it..

Just downloaded a pattern from the depot and am trying to get it uploaded. I added the serial number to my licenses, but still says i need one. Now what to do? Its for a Christmas show at church

I have an order for an old fashioned street sign. I have the layout, but can't seem to find the right font. Anyone have an idea as to what it may be?

When i carved that cross for the "Cross Wall", finished it natural, it looked great. Wish i could figure out a way to do the face one color and the cross another. I am not that good of a finisher.

Those are going to look real nice.

Try them on a grill with mayo.. keeps them from burning and sticking.

Ok, put a piece of tape over the lid slot and it ran the rest of the way. i am thinking that may have been some of the problem.

If i was to bet with what i read from you, i would say that the brushes are bad. more than half way thru this carve and dont want to stop it.

cut motor stops, i raise the lid, clean everything out, dont move the x,y,z at all, even turn the spindle a couple of times incase there is a problem with a bad spot in the spindle. IF i dont stop or...

i dont know what is going on with my machine tonight. It seems to have a mind of its own. I get about 2 minutes and then it stops. wait about 10-15 minutes, and it starts back again for a couple...

This just show that the designs are endless if we just use the brain a little. Great job.

I changed out the QC and am using the latest version of the software. And thats when all the problems started. Especially with the motor. I dont know why it carved the football correctly the first...

Those are great. Here are a couple i made that i hope someone would like.

I havecarved this three times and every time i do, one of the lines seems to move. The last time it was both ofthe lines making up the football. I have done closeups of the mpc and in it, they touch....

i can hear clicking like the motor wants to turn or it may be the bit moving across the board. i will take the time tomorrow and try to get to the bottom of this.

Ok, got that one to work, now the 1/8th in cutting bit wont work. took about 20 min for something to cool off till something started. And there is E006 error message.

I know it is probably out there, but can someone tell me why i can use the 1/16th carving bit but when i change to the 45 degree bit, the bit moves up and down, but the cut motor is not running. ...
