Cut motor just quit between carves. Can't get parts from LHR. Can't tell me when they will. No bits, no brushes & no cut motors! Sick and tired of machine breakdowns & no service!. 145 hours on...

The center piece has to have 4 small champhers sanded to get it to fit at 45 degree angle.

Ribbons are 1/4" strips of walnut & maple glued together & then cut out.

What would you want to send them to me? I am down and don't know when LHR will ever have any and have three projects on hold. Thanks for your response.

Shouldn't there be tabs at the bottom of the piece to prevent them from coming loose?

What am I missing here? This looks nothing like the "box" design.

What size are the two screws that attach it to the CW?

Frederick: Does this design work as well as the original one you posted? I just received my CW machine and want to do the dust collection first thing.
