How do I get to the McAfee rules to allow gui.exe and allow fontgen.exe?
I'd like 3,
Thanks.

Since we're trying to survive the annual 'climate change', after making the Paint Brush Clock, howabout a thermometer with extremes on either end, like a Polar bear frozen in a block of ice, and on...
I am looking for two ER 20 spindles to refit into a couple "A" machines. If you have one or two spare or unused, please let me know.

Floyd helped me out! Press 0 then 5 then 3 and stop 3 times. Back in project menu. Hope this might help others!
Just acquired an old "A" machine that has only 10 hours on cut motor. After checking config. menu and access. menu, I can't get back to the project menu. The machine hasn't been run in about 9 years....
Ash works well by hand and machine, resists splitting, and takes screws and nails well. It was the lumber used most by the early auto industry for building the body "skeletons" for the coach-built...
BJB, Thanks much. That will work nicely!
Does anyone have a pattern or grayscale image of a civil war cannon? Any help will be appreciated.

Consider what Groucho Marx would say, "Three on a (hookah, midget, match) is bad luck!"
Yeah, I'll try a new bearing first, then if necessary, try the loctite.
Mine works fine, although a little noisier than the original. The spindle slid almost too easily into the top bearing (not quite the press fit as the original). I haven't tried replacing the top...
Have collets in hand now. Just need to put z truck in working machine. Should have something to report this next week.
Was it carved by Ho Lee Cow? (Sorry, couldn't help it.) Astonishing detail.
Simply use a thicker board. It can be as thick as 5" (the carving will still only be as deep as you specified).
Al, when I tried to buy the gear, CW wouldn't sell it to me. They wanted me to buy the entire Y motor setup. Anyone else have this problem? I don't want to spend $80 for an eight dollar problem.
You can also get 2" and 3" radial bristle discs. These last considerably longer than the 3/4 or 1" discs.

Maybe use the Wedding Rings pattern in the store?
Can't seem to find that color in acrylic or lacquer. Nor in the Exhaustive Concordance. Apocryphal?
The sanders are good for figured grain that might otherwise be chipped out with a planer.
How about doing it in layers- a foreground and a background, then glue them together. The foreground would be a pierced carving. The challenge would be manipulating the depth of the various elements....
