If I was being disrepectful it was not intended. I was just repeating what I had read on this forum. It would be nice to have more than one location to have the machine fixed.

The left switch has only two wires. Is there a way to bypass both switches and remove the cover entirely? Or at least not worry about it being closed.

Because of the advice here I was able to adjust the roller and tighten it up. Now I am waiting for the micro switch to arrive.

Considering what I have read on the Forum LHR charges a fortune for shipping. No wonder people try to repair this machine themselves.

Is LHR the only place to get replacement parts?

After a further cleaning I found out the switch was not bad, just plugged up. I am glad since the instructions for replacing them are 12 pages long.
