Heheh, no, I invited you back when you first got your RV. I'm open to you all to visit as long as I'm here.:D
Thanks Lawrence! I think it would be cool for you all to visit here. I can provide hook ups.
Jim, haven't been for a few years. Been either busy or broke.:D
I'm wanting to move on to exploring the parts of our great country that I've yet to see. I'm putting the whole shebang on the market and we'll hit the road in the RV. If any of you fine folks here...
I think this thread has gone 'off topic' gentlemen. Let it resume, please.
I can't enter as my machine is qwerky and needs a rebuild I can't afford.
X2 on a good tablesaw!
If you can find one, the old Delta Sawbuck is a slider with a 19" cut at 90° & about 12" at a 45°. It is very accurate, but not really portable. Pic in my shop pics...
Here's a display I made for my wife's beaded hummingbirds. I used the CW on all 4 sides and it rotates on a BB lazysusan.

I have to admit I used a Dremel for some of the fine details. My patience runs thin near the end.:(
Here's another from a 4ft piece of 2x12. My wife really likes Macaws!:D

I decided to try a hand carving. This is a relief from a piece of pine 2x12.59650
Nice pics of a good looking coach! You also have a happy looking family-you all will have a great experience. Join this outfit http://www.boondockerswelcome.com and you'll find me and a host of...
I blame Al Gore for his global warming crap.
It was -1° F here this AM and the shop was a balmy 45°. I decided not to fight it and came back to the house
That's a nice start! When you travel through NM you'll have to stop by and play in my shop! www.handcraftedwooddesign.com
Heheh, OK-looks good!
I think I'm on board as Senior RV tech adviser for the duration.
It would be one I wood follow for sure! :D
It looks like a nice rig and clean (indicates that it was taken care of), but I don't want you to spend $$ unnecessarily. I have rebuilt many of the parts of RVs over the years and can steer you to...
That's a F53 Ford V10, same as mine & I have over 70K of trouble free miles. My drive shaft is tight, brakes at 70%, front end is tight, and the only thing needed replacement was the rear sway bar...
I just re-read your first post. Key west-be prepared for $100-$150 a night RV space and make reservation a year in advance. MHs are too big for the town so only the toad will fit the streets.
The onboard generator will be fine for running the CW without a UPS. Commercial campgrounds (most) will not allow any kind of selling, nevermind the noise. I gave up on that idea long ago.
Why not use the base shop for the CW? Most RV parks have electric but if you get out in the national forests away from people you'll use your generator and as long as it's just you and nature the CW...
Here's one I made for a RV park.
