so is there anything we can do to stop this or should I just call and have it sent out again
Thanks for the input but we always check the head pressure before starting each board and it seems to happen to the middle or end of the cutting... the pic here is the last part of the project at...
ok we checked everything you suggested Jeff and here's the thing... it was the sand paper moving.... now how do we stop this from happening in the middle of a project???
It has happened before and...
We checked the board before we put it in and had it planed so we are confident it wasn't that. Also we just got it back from carvewright for repairs... it ran the other 4 boards fine.
*sigh* I...
I check the head pressure every time I start a project so that was fine. This isn;t the first time this has happened either.
I hope someone can tell me why so I can make it stop.

WELL after much ado (and help from the forum friends :-D) It finally came out... cut the board bigger, kept it UNDER the rollers, let the machine auto jig it and modified the project to put a sled...
Yes we did use the same pattern I just don't understand why the machine changed and did not just do the same thing the second time... maybe I should have used 2 seperate boards and put them together...
oh and yes it started at the same spot so there is no blanK board on the start side as there is shown in the pic
we have 1/4 inch on top and bottom and we did not stay under the rollers. And this was punched in the same for both sides...
Okay I hope this is good enough for you to see. Like I said same board (flip side of course) and same project straight from the project menu.
I have a project that has letters on both sides of my sign... The first sign came out perfect (was very pleased as it takes 5+ hours to carve) I then flipped the board over and started the next one....
